Quick Issue with a Cydia app

Ok, I have downloaded a package from Cydia, which frankly I can't recall what it was, for some odd reason now my texting and other apps that allow landscape view will not work. If you look at my photo I uploaded there is a lock icon on the top right of my homescreen. I am looking at my packages and can't find the app any help. I might have deleted it, which I believe I did. and It cant seem to work.

Have you searched the installed packages in Cydia yet ? You can uninstall from there, you just don't delete it like you download an app.

Oh I know that, I just cant seem to find the app, i'm almost certain that I deleted it a while back, but the icon is still there

Ok, the app is Flipover, and I had it deleted way back and the icon is still there, its preventing me from entering landscape mode.
