Help with restored 3GS

I have a 3GS, just restored it idk if that was a good idea. Now it says "No SIM card installed" How do I go about Jailbreaking and then unlocking it? i JUST restored it this morning so i guess it has latest iOS.

You have just updated to a non unlockable baseband, to unlock you have to go with ipad bb which breaks your gps . If you don't have shsh blob, then you can't downgrade to get untethered jailbreak . You can jailbreak at 4.3.5 with redsnow 0.9.8 b4 but it is tethered JB

How do i go about downgrading then?

I don't believe so, did i need to do it before i restored?

Yes, apple does not want you to downgrade so they incorporate this shsh blob thing for restore. If you haven't saved it, then you can't

So pretty much i gotta wait till somebody comes out with a Untethered JB and unlock?
