Downloaded app won't synce from [email protected]

I was previously running 4.3.2 on my iphone 4 then just upgraded to 4.3.3

I made sure i backed up all my apps. when i synced to restore from back up, i got pretty much all my apps back on, just this one app which says i need to authorize the account [email protected]
I got it from :Mod Edit:, and have got app syn on my phone, all my other cracked apps appeared ok, bar this specific one. Any reason??
