    Default How to keep cydia downloads when upgrading?

    I'm currently running iPhone 4 on 4.3.2 jailbroken and want to upgrade to 4.3.3

    What is the best way back up all my cydia downloads and ********** apps so I can restore them back after the upgrade & jailbreak ???
