iphone 4 - problems since JB on 4.3.3 w/jailbreakme

previously I did JB on 4.0.1 w/jailbreakme.com and everything worked great. I recently created a custom IPSW using sn0wbreeze on 4.3.3 and then did JB using the new jailbreakme.com. (current BB-01.59.00) Ever since then my phone is showing NO service many times, each day, and this lasts around 10 minutes each time. in addition, my home button is constantly not reacting. NOTE: after I did the last JB, I had used PKGbackup to restore all my programs.

Should I start over? if so, please explain exactly each step to do this. according to Cydia, all my SHSH's are saved, but I am not sure how to do this process.
2nd question - would it be better to just re-install each app, instead of going the PKGbackup route?

When you restore using Snowbreeze, you are already jailbroken. Why do you run jailbreakme again ?
You definitely need a fresh restore to solve your problem.

Restoring from pkgbackup is fine.

You should restore to stock 4.3.3 ipsw again using Tss Server from the latest tiny umbrella.

thank you for your reply. I was having many problems since the JB with sn0wbreeze, so i tried the jailbreakme, but that did nothing.
so can you please explain, step by step in order, of what I should do to do a fresh restore/JB, while preserving the BB.

Follow this :

Make an new custom 4.2.1 ipsw using sn0wbreeze 2.2
(4.2.1 is the best iOS version )
Start TSS server in tu.
Put ur phone in pwned dfu state
Shift restore from iTunes.
It should work fine now.

4.3.3 and 1.59.00 don really like each other

I have been trying to get in DFU recovery, but when I thought it was there, i went to itunes, hit shift-restore, and picked the 4.2.1 IPSW, but it was unsuccessful in restoring.
now i went to TU, hit TSS server, and nothing is happening.
then i hit "fix recovery" , and now mutlitple lines starting with greenpoison are scrolling on my phone.
on my phone is plug + itunes, and slide for emergency.
what do i do.

I already have my officical SIM in iphone. I am really frustrated, and my phone wont work.
