Default Downgrading from iOS 5b4 get error 1601

Here are my steps. I have beta 4 for both iTunes and iOS 5. I downloaded the official 4.3.3 ipsw, made sure I had my blob for 4.3.3 saved. Started up TU, started TSS Server, Launched iTunes, turned off iPhone, put iPhone in DFU Mode, option clicked restore and selected the 4.3.3 firmware. It got to Preparing iPhone For Restore, and froze there for about 5 minutes, then popped up the message could not restore with error 1601. I was able to exit DFU mode, and reboot, still at iOS 5b4 of course. Any ideas what is going wrong?

Do the same method but with a custom 4.3.3 firmware created from either pwnage tool (mac) or sn0wbreeze (pc)
