Default Downgrading from iOS 5b4 to 4.3.3 with SHSH

I just have a quick question about downgrading back to 4.3.3. I have the SHSH for this saved. When I use TU, does it need to have the cydia server box checked or un-checked? I have seen it posted both ways. Also, same regards to DFU mode. To simply go back on iPhone 4 GSM to 4.3.3 from 5b4, cydia checked or unchecked, and DFU or not? It is NOT a custom ipsw and the phone has never been unlocked. Thanks
