iOS 5 and non-developer account?

Hi, I'm new to this forum, although I have jailbroken my iPod touch, iPad, and iPhone 4. I was wondering, if I downloaded the iOS 5 beta .ipsw file, and then jailbroke it, could I use iOS 5 without all the restrictions it ads for not having dev account? I saved the SHSH Blob with TinyUmbrella, so I can always downgrade to iOS 4.2.8. Thanks.

Unless you have a dev account with your phone's UUID registered with Apple you will never get past the activation step.
