Has been a while since I have attempted a jailbreak so forgive me in advance for my ignorance. Have an iphone 3g that was on 3.1.2 and froze up on me. Made the mistake ( I think) of restoring last night through itunes. I have a t-mobile sim in so I can't even use the phone after the restore. It looks like the firmware upgrade was to 4.2.1. can anyone tell me the best option to re jailbreak and unlock from this point?

Your unlockable baseband was lost going to 4.1.2. It can not be restored.

However, one (1) unlock solution does exist. Installing the iPad BB 6.15.0. If you chose this method you will loose GPS.
