Create a folder in your computer and drag it in there.

Don't bother if you can't get it, I am just thinking the redsn0w 0.9.4 gives you an older version but may fix your problem if you update to version 1.1.2
Currently , I think Jailbreakme.com or Redsn0w RC19 gives you version 1.1.2, others will be 1.1.1

Jbme gives a newer version which has Been updated for teh new stashing method jbme uses.if u install the newer version on devices jbed with other tools it can possibly push the device in a boot loop.
