iTouch 4g on 4.1, JB or upgrade?

I have my managers iTouch and he wants me to JB it. It is currently under 4.1 MC544LL, but i can't find the jailbreak software for it. What are my options? Thanks.

You probably shouldn't upgrade it as 4.3.4 is currently having a tethered jb.
