Jailbreak and unlock 3G w/bb 05.15.04 ?

how can I "safely" JB and unlock my 3G. iOS 3.13. bb 05.15.04.
I had updated to iOS 4.2 at one point and I guess that's when I got 05.15.04.
I dg'd to 3.13 for speed and now I'd like to JB and unlock, since I'm off contract.

JB - yes
Unlock - no

Anyways You will need the iPad baseband to update..Make a custom firmware .

U can later downgrade to 3.1.3 :-)
