Saving SHSH blobs

Why does everyone recommend using Tinyumbrella or iFaith to save SHSH blobs when Cydia saves them automatically on Sauriks servers?

Can never have enough backups

Imagine if sauriks server wipes out completely, but oh wait you have a backup on your computer.

Rumor has it that Cydia will no longer be saving shsh blobs anymore. Don't know how true this is though.

back up with tiny umbrella. Back up your computer. Email the SHSH to yourself too. Cant go wrong
