wanting to restore need help

ok im on 4.2.1 im really wanting to restore/rejailbreak with snowbreeze i DONT have a 4.2.1 shsh. At the time i did jb cydia didnt show my shsh for like a long time after i jb'd and during that time apple stopped signing 4.2.1 so i got stuck with a 4.3.3 shsh even though im on 4.2.1. Is this possible to do this? i was thinking maybe cause its a custom ipsw it would work even though i have no shsh saved for the firmware really just wanting to know if this is possible or if anyone here knows a way to achieve this cause im not like dead set on snowbreeze just trying to get a restore with no upgrade you know thanks!!!!

Yes , you can restore to custom firmware of 4.3.3 created by Snowbreeze 2.7.3 from iH8sn0w.com | Jailbreak your iPod touches and iPhones . Use the Pwned dfu mode in Snowbreeze to get your iphone into dfu mode, run itunes : shift + restore to custom fw of 4.3.3 to preseve your whatever baseband you have.

I apologize I re-read my post and I didnt specify very clearly that I was wantIng tO stay On 4.2.1 and not upgrade

Is your iphone a 3gs ? if it is , then you must have 4.2.1 shsh blob in order to restore, otherwise you have to go to the next which is 4.3.3.

OK, if you don't have 4.2.1 shsh blob, you cannot restore to 4.2.1 anymore.

Anyway to erase everything and reset to factOry without restore?

If you do that, you will end up in frozen apple logo, never do a reset on your iphone.

If you want to clean out everything, a restore is necessary.
