Untethered 4.3.3 jailbreak question

I have searched the forums for an easy answer without any luck. I'm not very good with this stuff. Patience and tolerance please lol

The home button is starting to crap out on my JB iph4 4.1, so I may have to bring it to apple for a new one.

Is there a jailbreak for the new software? I haven't seen an easy explanation or answer yet. Suggestions really appreciated!!

You don't have to purchase your cydia apps again, just link it to your cydia account. However, your returned iphone which is already linked , whoever gets your iphone will have the privilege of using your paid cydia apps.
