The Sea of files and options for what i need personally?

I have been going over this for months and have read numerous tutorials on how and what is needed but I want to ensure I do this correctly.

Here's what I have:

• Iphone 3gs
• 3.1.2 (7D11)
• 05.11.07 modem firmware
• NEW BASEBAND [iBoot-359.3.2]
• Jailbroken with Spirit.

I would like to be on the highest version of IOS4 possible for untethered jailbreak 4.3.3 maybe? Not concerned about unlock.

Could someone Please tell me all the steps as well as tools and versions needed to accomplish this task?
