Default Profiles Setting Missing in Settings App

    Hi,

    iPhone 3GS, 4.3.3, Jailbroken using redsn0w

I just discovered an issue and I don't know how long it's been an issue. When accessing my settings app, the profiles tab is completely missing. I have some special provisioning profiles for side-loading apps as well as exchange access at work. I believe they are still in place. I just can't access them because there is no profiles setting that I can use to get to them.

I suspect an app or theme has wiped out this setting but I have no idea which one. I loathe the idea of restoring the device to get this setting back.

I downloaded the iPhone Configuration Utility and when checking profiles using that program, none of my profiles show up.

    I'm stumped.

Has anyone else come across this issue or have any ideas about what might be causing it?

    Thanks,

    Digger

Maybe it got moved in iOS5. My iPad 2 running 4.3.3 has "Profiles" right above reset, as does an iPhone 4 I just checked as well. I think a jailbroken app wiped it out, probably by accident, but I need to get it back.

It's not an app, it's a selection in the Settings menu. I guess it only shows up when one installs side-loading (non-public) apps. After I installed one, the profiles setting came back with the necessary provisioning file. Still, I'm missing 3 profiles for my work MS exchange service.
