Toggle Home Screen Apps?

Is there a way i can quickly toggle the display of my homescreen apps by just clicking an icon? I want to have it so only my dock shows, but i can click an icon on my dock that would toggle the display of the home screen icons. That way id be able to enjoy my wallpaper a bit more. Is there any way to do this? Is there an app on Cydia? Thanks!

i don't think so, unless you move all the icons from a page yourself
