Several questions...
1. Can I downgrade iOS 5 ~ 4.3.3 on iPhone 4 using iTunes 10.5 or do I need 10.3?
2. What modem firmware version is listed on a "factory unlocked" iPhone 4?
3. Will AT&T unlock my iPhone 4 now that my contract is up? I only signed for 1 year..
Thanks guys!iPhone 4S iOS 5.0 Non JB

1. Yes you can. Just have to restore by pointing to the firmware because if you just hit restore it says error. (Shift-click restore.
2. I don't know off hand
3. Not at the moment. ATT says that it will not unlock and as of this moment is not sure when or if it will. And if it eventually does you have to meet the requirements to get them to unlock.

Not quite sure. And still not sure if ATT is going to allow iPhones to be unlocked yet or not.
Other phones you mainly just had to be out of contract.

Well I don't see what the problem is seeing how Apple is now selling them on Apple.com! Funny how this happens after AT&T buys out T-mobile. I'm out of contract and paid my bill before every due date. I see no reason why AT&T shouldn't unlock my phone...
