Saw a screen menu that I've never seen before [iphone]

Hi,
I saw a screen menu that i've never seen (see link) before when my friend texted me and I pulled out my phone.

I'm running an iphone 4 Greenpoison jailbroken iOS Firmware 4.2.1
I have cydia and a few iOS mods (through cydia) running.

This is the menu i saw.

I'm just wondering what this is as I've never seen this before but it looks quite nifty.

The tweak is called SBsettings found in cydia
