Unlock iOS 4.1?

Hi, I have an iPhone 4 with iOS 4.1 with the 02.10.04 baseband. It's jailbroken, but I still don't know if I can unlock it. If I update to 4.3.3 will I be able to jailbreak it, and will it give me a baseband I can unlock? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No, you cannot unlock it with Ultrasn0w at 4.1 but you can buy a Gevey sim which will unlock for you.
