[Question] Upgrading 3GS firmware

Hi guys,

Before you flame me, I know I can find all the needed tutorials for this but I didn't manage to find a clear answer for my question.
So, I'm on 4.0 on my 3GS old bootrom. I want to upgrade to 4.3.3 and I have a few questions:
In one of the tutorials I read, was written that if I want to update without upgrading baseband I ned to use PwnageTool - which is Mac only? I don't have a mac. What do I do?
Currently, my iPhone is activated, not hacktivated, and push is working perfectly without any fix. will I lose it? and if yes, is there any fix?

btw guys, I really need the help, this is the last 4 hours I'll have my computer for the next 12 days, and I really need the restore.
Please gimme a hand here.

You can use snowbreeze 2.7.3 to create a custom firmware of 4.3.3 and restore to it. If you have an official sim to activate, make sure you do not hactivate while building the custom fw.

Nope, you are preserving your baseband by restoring to cfw . You still need to install Ultrasn0w from Cydia after your restore to cfw which is already jailbroken.

I read a tutorial for sn0wbreeze and they wrote there - Unlockers stay away from sn0wbreeze and official Apple firmware!
