I deleted a important Cydia source and now Cydia Icon on springboard disappeared.

You need to do a restore again.

To restore by iTunes, it tells that to restore, upgrade to 4.3.3 is need. I dont want to upgrade to 4.3.3 because i dont want to change my baseband (i have already saved my ssh via tiny umbrella), i want to stay in the 4.1.

What is your current baseband ? If your current baseband is 02.10.xx, then it is currently non- unlockable. But if you want to preserve it, you can use Snowbreeze 2.7.3 to create a custom firmware of 4.3.3. and restore to it.

My current baseband is 02.10.04, its non-unlockable but with Gevey Sim Pro I can unlock any baseband. I will try to use Snowbreeze 2.7.3, i will search it on google to learn how to do it.

Use Redsn0w RC 15 or 16 , browse to stock 4.3.3 and choose only option : put iphone into pwned dfu mode : it is the last option. Using Redsn0w to put your iphone into dfu is much better before running itunes and shift + restore to custom firmware of 4.3.3.

Can i browse to 4.1 stead of 4.3.3? 4.3 have some bugs that i dont want.
