Stuck in a Pickle, Downgrading and Upgrading again!

Hi, I have done my fair share of reading and Googling, and I still cannot figure this out. My problem is that I jailbroke my phone and went with Redsn0w to the 4.3.3 firmware they have. I now want to go to the newest GreenPois0n firmware, but I can't figure out how to downgrade and then upgrade again. I never saved and SHSH files or whatever that is that you do in Cydia, so that's kind of where I'm stuck. I don't know how to downgrade to allow me to go back and upgrade to GreenPois0n.

I would really appreciate any help.

Why do you want to use GreenPoison, redsn0w RC 15 or 16 can jailbreak your latest 4.3.3 firmware.
