iphone 3gs - unlocked 4.2.1 but random now error need help

iphone 3gs running 4.2.1 unlocked and jb.

for some reason its stuck at green posions spinning skull

it was working fine

so i tried restoring it to custom 4.2.1 but get itunes error 3194

Error 3194 = no SHSH blobs found.

Make sure you're running TinyUmbrella (and it has your 4.2.1 SHSH blobs); or make sure your hosts file is edited correctly and pointing to Cydia when you try and restore.

If you don't have 4.2.1 SHSH blobs on file, your only choice will be a restore to iOS 4.3.3.
