Enter DFU mode without using iPhone power or home buttons on 3GS 4.3.3

I know this question has been asked before and I have tired all the given solutions (1. RecBoot, 2. Tampering ipsw), but it seems that all these solutions are 3-4 yrs old now and none of them worked on 3GS 4.3.3.

I am in the process of upgrading to iPad baseband and jailbreak/unlock my 3GS 4.3.3 on 5.16.02 BB....

Any help is appreciated....

Apparently, my lock/sleep button is broken and I couldn't manually enter DFU mode.

You need to enter pwned dfu in order to jailbreak.

Thanks for the reply iYeow... I did try that through RedsnOw 0.9.6rc16 (other than checking 1. Install Cydia 2. Install iPad bootrom) and still when I click next, it asks me to enter into DFU mode.

Is there any tool or method available to get into pwned DFU mode?

i too am in need of this help, I am on 4.2.1 with iphone 3gs (new bootrom) and really needs to jailbreak this phone. please help me.
