How to use wallpapers downloaded from Cydia??

What am I missing? I downloaded some wallpapers from Cydia in the wallpaper section but I do not see where they installed and how to use them??? I don't see any option in Winterboard or in general settings. What is the trick?

They usually download straight into either your camera roll or your wallpaper tab in Settings

It appears they get downloaded into /var/stash/wallpaper when they should install into /var/stash/wallpaper/iPhone. They also are missing the regular and default thumbnails with the main image. I could simply move them to the correct folder if they were formatted correctly but they are not.

Are there any HD wallpapers for iPhone 4 that actually install and work?

I get my wallpapers from apps. There are free apps that have lots of HD wallpaper for retina devices. Just search "retina" in the app store and you'll find plenty of those apps to download. Download a few bc some suck but some have a great selection, you'll just have to test each app out to see which you like best.
