Upgrade confusion - 3gs on 4.1 Cydia has SHSH for 4.3

I haven't upgraded my ios in a bit. When checking the ios on the phone its says its running ios 4.1. When I look at my account on Cydia, it shows SHSH blobs for 4.1, 4.2. 4.3 and 4.3.3!

I don't understand how this is possible, if my phone isn't running 4.3.3.

Please help me understand if I can/should upgrade?

Its telling you your safe & covered to use any of these firmwares..
You have the option of reverting back to any of these firmwares
