    Default downgrading to 4.1

    i originally had 4.1 and had recently went to 4.3.3 and i hated it so i went back to 4.1 but it doesnt give me cellular data. only when i restore to 4.3 i have a connection. Can someone explain why i have no service on 4.1? Its an att phone not an unlocked one. it doesnt say no service just a 1 bar no 3g symbol.
