Backup iPhone for upgrade

I would like to know what is the fastest way to backup my iPhone completely to have it like before but after an upgrade.
I am upgrading from 4.2.1 to 4.3.3 because my iPhone is having issues.

Check out PKGBackup.. I think it's about $8.99 for the Cydia App, but it is well worth it.

I used aptbackup which is free. Worked great for me.

If it's just apple apps/settings (not cydia apps/tweaks) that you want to backup, just use the backup feature in iTunes.

Oh and just to precise for later posts, I am trying to backup like every single App I have on it! =="
Like try to have it like before but just on a newer firmware. =D
