How to get MMS on my Iphone 3gs 3.1.3 firmware

I am completely lost on how to get MMS picture messaging on my Iphone 3gs. I have the new bootrom, 5.12.01 baseband, and have the 3.1.3 firmware. Can anyone help me with this? I'm really needing MMS.

Are you using T-mobile as your carrier ?

yes I am using Tmobile as my carrier, its already unlocked with the newest version of ultrasn0w

Try adding this source to cydia : cydia.pushfix.info , there are a bunch of tweaks there.

and I don't understand the second link that you gave me lol sorry for being a noob but I've never done this before, I know its telling me to change some settings around for my MMS in the network settings but I dont exactly understand what to do

Hmmm, go to setting > general > check if there is any apn settings.

there are o tone of posts everywhere for that. i do have the same prob too (same version as u 3.1.3 3gs, the base band has nothing to do with this prob) and i have succeed so far to receive mms but not send yet. although u can try this i had found somewhere else.
* Tap on Settings -> General -> Network -> Cellular Data Network
and Adjust the settings as follows:
* Cellular Data APN: wap.voicestream.com
* MMS APN: wap.voicestream.com
* MMSC http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
* MMS Proxy 216.155.165.50:8080
* MMS Max Message Size 1048576
* MMS UA Prof URL http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf
* Leave Username and Password empty
* Save the settings and reboot your iPhone

try it and post if worked for you. i try the push fix but get error message when installs so didn't work for me.
