Anyone know how to change the baseband on my 05.16.02 iphone3g thats jailbroken?

i need help . i have a iphone 3G and its jailbroken and its version 4.3.2 (8H7). i dont know how to make the carrier to tmobile . i tried searching tmobile in cydia and when i try to download the carrier bundle i keep getting an error. when i put my sim card in i cant text and i have no service but my voicemail comes up but i cant even read it . sometimes i get the singal bar too

my firmware is 05.16.02 and for some reason i cant text,call,or use my iphone with tmobile ? can anyone pleaseeeee help. for some reason my baseband is not compatible with ultrasn0w

First if you are on 4.3.2 then it is a 3GS you have there.

If you want to unlock you have to install ultrasnow from cydia. However ultrasnow will not work on your baseband (modem firmware). You would have to use redsnow to update your baseband to the ipad one. However you will losr gps if you do so.

yes, you would only need to select the option to install the ipad baseband.

wait what do you mean by the same broadband as the ipad . what should i do

It will update your baseband to 6.15.00 (iPad baseband). That is the only way to unlock your iPhone right now. But it does have its drawbacks. As I said you will lose gps and there is no going back after.
