Need help!

Hey I'm completely new to this forum and I need help lol I got given an iPhone from my frnd but the power button is faulty and he upgraded to 4.3.3 so can't downgrade even if I did have a power button! I need a way to jailbreak so I can get cydia to download I think it's called activator not sure, but obv I can't put it in dFu mode so I can't use redsn0w just wunderin if any1 no's any otha method or summit I'd really appreciate any replys thnx

You need that power button to jailbreak. I suggest fixing it.

hmm.. iknow theres an app that automatically puts it in dfu mode..
maybe recboot?

Recboot sets it into recovery mode. Perhaps it is iReb you're referring to?

Ye I think thts the only thing I can do but it's not cheap is it? And I dnt think I got the patience to change it lol but thanks for replying

Is thre anyway to jailbreak 4.3.3 in recovery mode or will thre ever be?

You'd have to exit recovery mode and get into dfu to jb on 4.3.3.

On any of the newer firmwares dfu mode is required to jb.
