Jailbreaking from Safari.

I have an iPhone 4 firmware 4.1. Is there anyway I can jailbreak from safari. I do not have access to a cp. Main reason is I want to teather. I'm hooked on OrderChaos a fun rpg app. And I work with the fire department and where I'm stationed There is no wifi. Is there another way to trick your phone thinking it's on wifi without jailbreaking? As you can only play the game on wifi. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Not unless you can downgrade to 4.0.1 or below. And of course downgrading requires a computer as well.

Edit: and the only way I know of to unrestrict 3G to act like it is on wifi is thru jailbreak.
