stuck at installing activation bundles?

so my friend has a iphone greenpoison 3gs on 4.2.1 and i wanted to restore it and install redsn0w with the ipad bb. i got the 1015 error tried to kick it out of recovery and nothing to i ran redsn0w and now its just stuck at installing activation bundles

Please help ASAP i dont want to buy my friend a new phone =\

Update it to 4.3.3. Then run redsn0w on it to install the iPad baseband.
