Failed jailbreak. Phone won't turn on

Apple just swapped out my iphone 4 and gave me a brand new one. I brought it home and tried to downgrade it to the software I had on the previous phone. Which is 4.1 I used tinyumbrella to do so. Apparently it couldn't find the SHSH for that so I tried to just jail break it on the current firmware 4.3.1 using pwnge. After following the steps to do so iTunes said the phone needed to be restored. The phone screen will not turn on but connects to iTunes and needs to be restored. So I tried restoring and updating to the new firmware 4.3.3 and everytime I try iTunes says it cannot connect to the update server. I then tried using redsn0w to possibly jailbreak and fix it. It goes through the motions and even brings up the little pineapple guy but just shuts off after as before. I'm stuck I can't even restore the phone to it's original settings. I need help!!

Set it into recovery mode. Make sure your host files are set back to normal (if you have never messed with these files then don't worry about it). Go into TinyUmbrella and in advance options uncheck the box to point to Cydia on exit. Close TinyUmbrella, open iTunes (if it was open before, close it and re-open it) and try to upgrade to 4.3.3 again.

hi.. i am/was having version 4.3.5 on my iphone 4
i tried to jailbreak my phone by redsnow0.9.9b ( this is what i followed --> NEW Jailbreak 4.3.5 / 5.0.1 Firmware iPhone 4,3Gs,iPod Touch 4,3 and iPad - YouTube )
it was an tethered jailbreak.. i was succesfull in jailbreaking it.. and was gonna do the [JUST BOOT] thing..
the suddenly it crashed and it happens every time i try to use anything from redsnow.. now..
my phone's off but it says in itunes to restore and update... i have version 5.0.1 installed through Utrorrent.. but i dont know how can i update it with it..
simply i just want my old 4.3.5 version back.. plz help me.. and sorry for my bad english!!
