No mobile data after jailbreak

I have an iPhone 4 firmware 4.3.2 baseband 02.10.04 and I cannot get the mobile data to work. Everything works in wifi, buy without it I cannot download from cydia, use safari, or check email.

I am in South Africa and did have the carrier settings checked. I also reset network settings.

I appreciate any thoughts on what to do! Thanks!

Yeah I can make and receive calls. I actually figured it out. Somehow, my APN settings got deleted, so I needed to download an editor and put them back manually.
