I'm on 4.3.2, and was on the 4.3.1 last time. Jailbroke my 3GS newer bootrom both times. Jailbreak went fine. No issues. Everything worked. Except one thing. When I get a call, after a little bit of talking, the phone freezes, then I have to reboot. It always comes back just fine, but I can't talk on the phone without a problem. Everything else is perfect, but the darn phone wont keep making calls. I really really want this jailbroken, but I can't go with an actual phone.
Any suggestions as to what to try or do? I have 32 gb phone, and it's full of apps, games, shows, etc. I had also been jailbroken a couple of times on other firmware, but had restored for various reasons. Any suggestions would be great.
when you restored did you set the phone up as new and not from backup, restoring from a backup that was made from a jailbroken has been know to cause issues, just a thought
Actually I think I did restore from a backup. That could affect it? Funny thing, when I restored in itunes, I still have a blank icon that I can use that leaves a bit of a shadow, but allows me to have the first page as a picture of my choice which I like.
Should I restore as a new phone and try it after that? would that maybe fix the problem? I would really like to have my bitesms back.....
that's where I would start, if you don't want to lose your old SMS's, call history, bookmarks, and such you can use iBye to save them and put them back on after you restore
