Iphone 4 running 4.3.1

I just bought a white Iphone 4 running 4.3.1 firmware with a 04.10.01 baseband. Can someone tell me if I can jailbreak and unlock it and what to use if I can?

You can only jailbreak but not unlock it.

From what i heard , the dev team is working on the unlock but no estimate time is given.

If you want to jailbreak, restore to stock 4.3.2, the baseband will not change and then jailbreak with Redsn0w RC14 to get untethered jailbreak.
Be sure to click yes to make my life easier when you fist open Cydia to save all your future shsh blob.

Is there a way to change my baseband to one that can be unlocked?

no... sorry but the only baseband that can be changed is on an old iphone 3G.... i dont know the specific kind, but that is the only one.... do you need any other help?
