It seems my iphone 3G (4.2.1) has its wifi dead. I try the usual operations (soft resert, hard, erase network settings, erase full content, restore firmware) without luck.

I want to know if there is a way to establish temporary Internet connectivity with jailbreak stuff. it seems so

* I need, only with usb, to jailbreak iphone (ok redsn0w) and install openssh (all ssh custom packages link seems dead and no link here Cydia | iPhone Apps | Search powered by ModMyi.com). so is there any reference page for custom bundles ?
* is there any app/bundle to do reverse tethering (connect iphone to PC's internet) or only the above manual way ?
