    Exclamation Can someone help me please?

    i've been trying to restore my iphone 3g 4.2.1 for 3 days now and everytime it's about to finish it just stops and freezes. Then i've tried to redsnow 0.9.6b6 to try to restart the phone that way but it also freezes when its about to finish. My phone turned like this after installing all the updates on cydia.theres other posts with the same problem but no responds me back...someone please help i need my phone back

    Do you have wifi sync installed on your computer?

    simon i do have wifi sync installed
    str4y im not sure it just had 5 updates needed and i clicked update all

    Uninstall wifi sync from your computer and then try again. It is known to mess with restores/updates

    You'd need to uninstall it because it causes problems with restoring.
