[HELP] Make an app forget it was ever installed?

A friend of mine baught a used iPod 4G and tried to install an app and when he opend it asked him to login, whenever he trys to register it says you have already registered on this device.

Anyway to make the app forget you ever registered or installed it before?

Wouldnt a restore and setting the ipod as new work and wouldnt giving the name of the app help?

sorry, he said the ipod is jailbroken at 4.3.2 firmware and he wanted to use SMStouch. he tryed to restore and still wouldnt work

Its either based on the serial number or the UDID so he needs to contact the dev
