missing icons

May sound funny, but I am missing many system icons on my iphone 4, cydia, settings, phone, sms, safari, mail, ipod,itunes and cannot find them under search either.

I am also trying to restore my phone and keep getting 3194 error with reinstall no matter if I use snowbreeze or not, as well as trying to do a regular restore, phone is in dfu mode, hosts file is correct ??

What firmware are you restoring to.

Error 3194 means apple cannot verify your blob for that firmware.

You must have 4.3.1 shsh blob saved. Why dont you restore to stock 4.3.2 if you don't need unlock and then jailbreak with Redsn0w RC14. It is untethered JB
