So you are saying, nothing is showing on your screen, totally black no matter what you do. Have you done a hard reset ?

You said you have warranty on it right ? Either you take is to apple to get a replacement if they don't find out your ipad bb.
OR
Remove the battery for 5 minutes and put it back.

Not 100% sure if this method will solve your issue but has been proven if the iphone doesn't wake up.

hey i got display alive when i was playing with resn0w.... but after some time its gone.........

thnx with the battry way... it works.... bt after i turn phone off its getting dead... even after pressing sleep its dead....

shot in the dark here but this happened to me a while back.

did you restore to 4.1 then boot tethered with redsn0w bc it sounds like you restored without blobs and now the firmware wont sign, but redsn0w will allow a boot until the device kicks its self back out.

You shouldn't be getting 3194 if u are restoring to 4.3.3. Run TU , adv option > unselect set hosts file to cydia > save it and close TU . Now do your restore either by shift restore or restore in updated iTunes.

i believe we finally got it figured out we chatted through facebook, i told him exactly what you just said. he doesnt want to go to 4.3.3. instead i told him to boot tethered and turn auto lock off so we could run tiny umbrella and see what shsh he had and he had 4.3.1 and thats where he wanted to go. so we got his baseband preserved, because he was scared gevey sim wouldnt work otherwise. cant blame his fear though.
