iPhone 4 connect bars stuck at 1

So I've downgraded and upgrade and jailbroke my phone numerous times. I still do not know why when I upgrade to 4.3.2 my connectivity bar is stagnet at 1. But when I downgrade to 4.1 and jb, I have full bars. Will this aftect my connection? Or will it make no difference? Help plz.

Install ultrasn0w with iOS 4.3.1 or 4.3.2 and 1-bar issue is fixed. Works for ALL networks.
