No signal bars

After jail break I have no signal bars. I have signal and can make a call but the bars don't show. Jail broke to 4.3.2 with pwnage tool

I think this is a known issue.

I fixed the problem. Here is what I did.

I did a fresh factory install and had to follow the instructions here, restore iphone 4 error 1013 and 1611 - iPhone Forum to get itunes to stop giving me an error code. Then I put the phone in DFU mode and installed the custom firmware.
