Serious Problem Here

I have download dreamboard as well as the dreamstore app. After installing one of the themes I tried applying it through my dreamboard. I am now left with a completely black screen. Thankfully I can access my apps through double tapping the home button. Unfortunately the only one I want to access is dreamboard so I can change back the theme. Any way someone can help me with this. I have already re-booted. Thought about restoring but I do not have the first idea about backing up all of my files.

if you got SBsettings you can always disable dreamboard through Sbsettings/settings ---> mobile substrate addons. Respring, unninstal dreamboard and the theme and give it another go
