Deleted emails re-appear

I wasn't sure which forum to put this, but I cannot find the answer anywhere.

Here's my issue: I receive an email to my yahoo account, open it, delete it. And within seconds the email reappears as unread in my inbox. This happens with virtually every email I receive. It started doing it when I upgraded to 4.1.2, and I figured it was a glitch with greenpois0n as my phone was very glitchy with that JB, but now I'm on 4.3.2 on a 3GS and the problem persists. I have tried removing the accounts and adding them back in. Toggling the trash on server method and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a solution or hack to fix this??

Did this happen prior to 4.1.2?

I don't believe so. I noticed it happening after I upgraded using Greenpois0n.
