clearing iphone of my information

hello i am going to sell my 3gs iphone i want to know what can i do to clean the phone (wipe all my information out) thats not stored on my sim card. but i also want to re jb it before i sell it. where can i get a custom fw? cause i am still on 4.1 bb 05.14
so whats the best idea for me to do? also off the subject i was wondering how can i get into my iphone without connecting to a wifi network? i dont have wifi up in my new place yet and wanted to get some this off my phone and store them i want to use winscp any information would be helpful

for the 3gs yes i would like to be able to unlock it or have the person i am selling it to have the option to unlock

Use tinyumbrella and click save shsh and see what you got saved

Note: Baseband 5.14.02 is not unlockable by ultrasn0w. 5.13.04 (installed w/4.0.1 or 4.0.2 iOS) or the iPad BB are the maximum iOS versions that can be ultrasn0w unlocked.

so i guess i have a 4.2.1 saved so how can i restore this 3gs with this os and re jb?
