Iphone 4 jailbreak

Hi, ive got a iphone 4 jailbroken on 4.2.1 and it begun running a bit slow. A bit slow to respond. I use iWipeCache to clear cache. Any other ideas too speed it up again? I have quite a few tweaks installed

If you have too many apps & songs, it can slow down your device sometimes.

If removing unused language packs and disabling launch daemons doesn't relieve the slowdown, it might be time for a fresh restore if it is bothersome.
